Championing the charity in the South of England is our ambassador, Steve Barrey - entrepreneur, business professional and executive owner of one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the South of England, etch. by Steven Edwards. A Hugely successful and established professional, Steve also has a passion for work that supports and helps those less fortunate. Born and raised in Brighton, Steve is dedicated to helping young and vulnerable people in this region. He is now lending his time and connections to raise funds so that our charity can run a training course for disadvantaged young people in the Brighton & Hove area. To achieve this goal, Steve is currently organising a number of fundraising events, including: - An exclusive lunch at etch., to be hosted by actor, producer and charity Lifetime President, David Westhead. - Producing an exclusive single, written by rock legend Tony Moore and acclaimed singer, Ilona, which is to be recorded at the famous RAK studios, London. - Hosting an auction, meal and quiz with a difference at the BA i360 in Brighton, at which guests will have the opportunity to go to the observation tower for breathtaking views over Brighton and the beautiful South Coast raising money for the foundation.
